Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a fair and transparent return process to ensure customer satisfaction.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging

To request a return, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

Return pickup, where applicable, may be coordinated through our shipment partner Dropdash.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Used items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Exceptions may apply if the product is received damaged or incorrect.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirming the customer’s bank account details.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
